"BEAST"

So I have finished my bulking stage (photos and measurements to be posted up soon). Its now time to start the cutting stage and get rid of the fat. To do this i am cutting out a lot of carbs, not all of them but most of them. I plan on having carbs just for lunch to give me energy for the rest of the day and the gym in the evenings. I am excited to cut as this will show the biggest body transformation that are clearly visible.
The cutting process will take me very close to my deadline just a week or two before, and I should have the body I want within the month fingers crossed. Its not going to be easy i have to make sure i cut out all snacks and fast food and not only this I have decided to stop drinking alcohol during this process.

Also during rugby I have picked up an injury which I need to get looked at. I hoping this doesn't stop me from doing the cardio side of the program. Below is a picture of what it looks like. I can still walk and isn't too painful, hopefully it will be ok.
