how I felt bulking went

I think bulking went really well I have gained a lot, I  am really surprised on actually how much i have gained and didn't expect it. I enjoyed it and the results, I was a bit upset to stop bulking and wanted to carry on.

Its coming up to a week of cutting and feeling good. I am taking phd diet whey along with maxi muscle thermobol tablets so hopefully will be seeing sign very soon.

"BEAST"

So I have finished my bulking stage (photos and measurements to be posted up soon). Its now time to start the cutting stage and get rid of the fat. To do this i am cutting out a lot of carbs, not all of them but most of them. I plan on having carbs just for lunch to give me energy for the rest of the day and the gym in the evenings. I am excited to cut as this will show the biggest body transformation that are clearly visible.
The cutting process will take me very close to my deadline just a week or two before, and I should have the body I want within the month fingers crossed. Its not going to be easy i have to make sure i cut out all snacks and fast food and not only this I have decided to stop drinking alcohol during this process.

Also during rugby I have picked up an injury which I need to get looked at. I hoping this doesn't stop me from doing the cardio side of the program. Below is a picture of what it looks like. I can still walk and isn't too painful, hopefully it will be ok.

Last Week

So looking at my timetable , to be able to fit the cutting stage in, i need to have one less week of bulking. Therefore this is my last week of bulking. I will be eating lots going to the gym as usual to gain as much size as possible!

Update

So I have finished my last protein shake, it didn't last long ( thankfully). So I have gone back to what i was on before, USN anabolic muscle fuel, this has 78 g of carbs and 50g or protein per shake. To bulk I should be on something with more carbs in, however with this its doesn't fill me up for the whole day so i can eat 3 meals a day (with carbs) and have 3 shakes a day.

Over the past week i have been feeling better about myself even though i know i will be getting a bit fatter, i am look forward to cutting and this has motivated me to keep going. I have made a couple of videos for my movie and will now start to put it together along, with filming more.

With workload i am finding it hard to fit swimming in, however i am still keeping it up with the rugby and will hopefully filming at training soon. I plan on saving swimming for when i start cutting.

I am still seeing gains and i am now close to 13 stone which is my target to be once I have got rid of my body, so I am on track.

Finding it hard.

I'm starting to find the diet hard, my new protein shake fills me up for the whole day and i am finding myself forcing myself to eat. I have only done one week of bulking and I'm not sure how long i can keep it up, I feeling quite fat now which I know I would, I just have to keep powering through and hope its worth it.
