Coming up to two weeks of cutting, its going well! I have been treating myself once a week in a 4 hour window each time. I can eat what I want and how much (within reason of course), but it has helped me from snacking on bad things in the week. My protein shake also help me from snacking.
I can see a change in my body, everything is becoming more defined. However I am finding it hard to try keep to the same weight but as long as I don't go under 12 1/2 stone and keep muscle size I will be happy.
